We have several ways of finding the right ring size for you:

• If you had the size measured at a jeweller using a ring gauge (a set of try-on rings), we need to know if the rings were flat and wide or round and thin.
• Another option is to have one of your existing rings that fits put on a ring stick at a jeweller. Make sure to tell us the shape of the ring — wide and flat, or thin and round on the inside.
• You are also invited to find your ring size using our measuring chart and follow the guidelines. We'll need to know the shape and width — for example by sending us a photo.
• If your size is in between, just let us know and we'll take care of the rest.
• Measure the inner diameter in mm using a measuring tape or, ideally, a sliding caliper. Let us know the ring's shape (flat and wide or round and thin) — and we'll handle the rest.
