Delivery
Every Roughdiamonds.dk piece begins its journey in our Hidden Boutique and Workshop in Copenhagen and is delivered safely to you with free, insured worldwide shipping. Delivery takes 2–3 business days, handled by GLS within Denmark and FedEx internationally.
From the moment your jewellery leaves our hands, it is fully traceable and insured until it reaches yours. If your order includes several pieces, we will send them together once they are all ready, unless otherwise agreed.
Each creation arrives beautifully presented in a handcrafted black lacquered wooden box, nestled inside a hand-stitched canvas and leather pouch, and accompanied by its individual certificate of authenticity.
International orders
For customers within the EU, VAT is included in accordance with the applicable rate in the destination country. For orders outside the EU, Danish VAT is automatically removed at checkout.
Local customs duties, import VAT, or other taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our prices.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
We want you to experience the same sense of wonder when you receive your Roughdiamonds.dk piece as we did when creating it.
Should you wish to return it, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been customised or altered.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@roughdiamonds.dk and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions and help ensure the piece is returned safely and efficiently. Returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition, including the box, pouch, packaging and certificate. You may try on the piece as you would in our boutique, but it cannot be worn or used. If the item shows signs of wear beyond this, it will be considered used, and a partial or no refund may be issued depending on its condition and commercial value.
All returns must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any damage that may occur in transit, unless the item was delivered in error or arrived damaged. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the chosen courier. For international returns, the item must be sent with a courier service, to ensure it is properly protected and traceable during delivery.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned piece and are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or personalised according to your specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, bespoke designs, custom-made pieces, or any modifications to the original jewellery, such as resizing, engraving, or altering chain lengths.
